Our Story
Chittorgarh is surrounded by cement plants, mines and power producers that depend on accurate test data every day. Chittor Test House was set up so these organisations could access a dependable laboratory close to their operations, without long transit times for samples. Over time we have expanded our scope from chemical testing to coal and fuel analysis, ore and mineral testing, fly ash, water and environmental testing.

Infrastructure
Our laboratory is organised into dedicated areas for sample receipt, preparation, conditioning and analysis. This keeps samples traceable, prevents cross-contamination and lets each test run under the right conditions.
- Hot room – controlled elevated-temperature room for drying and conditioning samples
- Furnace section – muffle furnace for ash and loss-on-ignition tests
- Bomb calorimeter – gross calorific value of coal and solid fuels
- Hot air ovens – moisture determination and sample drying
- Wet chemistry bench – hot plate, desiccators and calibrated glassware
